From 2016 to 2020, I proudly worked with Philadelphia creative agency Penn Creative as their Design Director and Graphic Designer.
In a fast-paced setting, I executed a wide variety of projects from inception to launch alongside a small team of designers, project managers, creative directors, and expert marketers. As a leader, I tackled tasks objectively and kept myself and the design team on track to meet budgets, timelines, and goals.
I produced dynamic graphics and layouts for magazines, emails, microsites, booklets, infographics, invitations, brochures, apparel, social media (and much more) in a consistent brand voice for clients. Client industries included contract furniture, publishing, fair housing, nonprofits, environmental research, food allergies, psychology, and education.
Due to the confidential nature of this work, portfolio samples are available upon request.
As a graphic designer for PICPA (Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants), I helped to promote the CPA profession and company courses through booklet, brochure, postcard, event collateral, and email designs.
Most people don’t know what a CPA is, or what they do. It’s crucial that PICPA’s visual language is bright, friendly, and fun, to make the brand welcoming and accessible. I contributed to this aesthetic, offering new ideas with character illustrations and soft patterns, to keep things light and warm.
Cool Cones is a local business concept, whose brand is still under development and evolving. As lead graphic designer for this brand identity, I created a playful visual language that expresses the joy of eating ice cream with your loved ones. I was heavily inspired by modern illustration and the Harajuku style of Japan.
This selection of work tells the story of the customer experience; what they would see on the company website, Instagram, or other digital media. “tag. lick. yum.” is a tagline used to promote customer interactivity with social media and the product.
Proscape was an innovative technology company who invented the Marketing App Cloud. Using this platform, designers and developers could build responsive apps from scratch in collaboration with their clients.
As a graphic and UI/UX designer, I created wireframes and assets for these marketing apps. Shown here is a selection of app survey and product pages, that were later built within the Marketing App Cloud. To communicate functionality and interactivity, designers added “down” and “hover” states for buttons and other interactive elements.

Being a lifelong resident of Philadelphia, I strongly support local businesses and startups. When a technology savvy colleague came to me with an idea for a device repair service, I jumped on board as creative director and graphic designer.
Ultimately, we landed on a clean brand aesthetic that carries out the message of “resolve, repair, reboot” through its collateral. Flat, geometric shapes represent the essential components of technology and how it functions.
Under the direction of the interior design team, I collaborated with Busybee Homestore & Design Center to create their annual catalog.
It was exciting to experiment with the existing Busybee brand, and adapt its elements to the catalog. I came up with new and innovative ways to use brand elements, like the extension of the letterforms in each section headline. The rounded corners on the final catalog pushes the honeycomb pattern forward and allows it to really shine.
